Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier program, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.

In 2021, CBRE made a 60% investment in Turner & Townsend, forming a global strategic partnership between the two companies. Since that time, we have taken advantage of each business’s strengths and capabilities to deliver the best services to our clients as the largest global program, project and cost management consultancy.

This partnership has been the embodiment of our values of being stronger together, bringing out the best in each other, and loving a challenge. Together, we help clients achieve better outcomes and value, as well as providing additional resilience by combining our capability and investments in market leading propositions.

Continuing with this success, the CBRE Project Management team – CBRE Heery – transferred to Turner & Townsend on January 1, 2023. Now operating as Turner & Townsend Heery, the team provides project and program management for public sector organizations, including local and federal government, aviation, healthcare and education providers, and cultural and sporting institutions. By bringing our core business capabilities under one umbrella, we have created a unique advantage in the marketplace, giving us the scale, capacity and capability to support any project of any size and complexity, anywhere in the U.S.

In August 2023, CBRE’s healthcare project management team also joined our U.S. business. The healthcare team comprises a specialized group of professionals providing large capital project management for major hospitals, healthcare organizations and universities with teaching medical clinics across the country.
